Compliance with Policies: Clients are responsible for ensuring their content complies with relevant platform guidelines and terms of service.
Accuracy of Information: Clients must ensure that all information provided to CTech is accurate and up-to-date.
Scope of Work: The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Timeline: Delivery timelines will be agreed upon in advance. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or information may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions: Revisions will be accommodated as per the agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Fees: Fees for services will be outlined in the agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice.
Payment Schedule: Payment schedules (e.g., upfront, milestone-based) will be agreed upon in advance.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in a suspension of services and may incur additional charges.
CTech agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Client Content: Clients retain ownership of their content. CTech will use the content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
CTech Content: Any content created by CTech (e.g., graphics, scripts, strategies) remains the intellectual property of CTech unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Refunds for services already rendered will not be provided.
Termination by CTech: CTech reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms or fails to comply with relevant platform policies.
Limitation of Liability: CTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenues, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if CTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold CTech harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the client’s use of our services or breach of these terms.
CTech may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CTech operates.
